I have such a soft spot for crystals with little Drusy pockets, it's like discovering another little magical world inside the stone. From a distance you see this beautiful earthy Agate, then you look more closely and discover that tiny sparkling crystal centre.

Agate itself is such a useful everyday crystal too. It's traditionally associated with grounding, balance and stability and I think we all have those times when we need a little more of that. When there are too many things competing for our attention, our minds are racing or we feel like we're constantly moving from one thing to the next.

For me, Agate has that lovely steady energy of coming back down to earth, taking one thing at a time and remembering that you don't have to deal with everything at once.
