Returns & Refund Policy

Conditions of Return:
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, here are the details:

  • Eligibility: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Postage: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original state (as agreed with the seller).

Damaged Items:
We take immense care in wrapping and packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. Each piece is thoughtfully sourced, photographed, listed, cleansed, and dispatched with love and care.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you are not satisfied for any reason, please get in touch with us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue and make things right.

Refund Processing Time:
As soon as we receive the returned item, provided it’s in good condition (as originally sold), we will issue the refund within one business day. The refund will be processed via your original payment method. Each payment processor has different timelines for issuing refunds, so please refer to your provider’s terms and conditions. In our experience, most payment processors complete refunds within 2–7 working days.
