St Nectan’s Glen Retreat | Kundalini Yoga & Nature, Cornwall
A gentle Kundalini yoga and nature retreat in Cornwall
Step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings of one of Cornwall's most sacred landscapes.
This intimate Kundalini yoga and nature retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself and spend a weekend gently nourishing your body, mind and spirit through yoga, breathwork, time in nature and shared group space.
Held over the Imbolc weekend, this retreat arrives at a beautiful point in the year. Imbolc marks the first stirrings of spring, a season of hope, renewal and new beginnings. After the quieter winter months, it feels like the perfect time to gather together, reconnect with yourself and welcome the lighter days ahead.
Whether you're looking to rest, reflect, reconnect with nature or simply enjoy a peaceful weekend away, this retreat offers the space to do just that.

Food and accommodation
Breakfast and our evening meal together will be provided throughout the retreat. Meals will be simple, nourishing, vegetarian and home-cooked, creating time to gather together at the beginning and end of each day.
Lunchtimes are intentionally left free, allowing you to spend the day in whatever way feels right for you. You may wish to explore St Nectan's Glen, visit Tintagel, enjoy the nearby coastline or simply find a quiet spot to sit and reflect.
There is a lovely café on site, along with several cafés and restaurants nearby if you'd like to eat whilst you're out exploring.
As I'll be preparing the meals myself, I'm unable to cater for severe or complex food allergies or highly specific dietary requirements. If you have any dietary requirements that may affect your ability to attend, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss whether the retreat will be suitable.
Accommodation is shared and forms an important part of the retreat experience, creating a relaxed and supportive atmosphere throughout the weekend.
A little extra time
One of the unexpected bonuses of moving the retreat to Imbolc is that, thanks to a February offer at the retreat centre, we've been gifted an additional night's accommodation at no extra cost.
The retreat programme itself will finish on the Sunday morning, as originally planned. Depending on my recovery, I may choose to stay on and hold a little more space on the Sunday, although I won't know that until much closer to the time.
Whether I do or not, you're warmly invited to stay until Monday morning if you'd like to. It's a lovely opportunity to enjoy a little more time to rest, explore the area or simply allow everything from the weekend to settle before heading home.
Breakfast on Sunday morning is included as part of the retreat, just as originally planned. If you choose to stay for the additional night, any meals after Sunday breakfast will be your own responsibility. There is a lovely café on site, and Tintagel is only a short drive away with plenty of cafés, restaurants and pubs to enjoy.
