A simple guide to how your subscription works
The Crystal of the Month Subscription is designed to support you through the natural rhythm of the year with monthly guidance, curated crystals and a grounded inner journey. Below you will find answers to the most common questions.

When will I receive my first box
Your first box depends on the date you subscribe.
Subscribe on or before the 25th of the month and your first box will be the following month.
Subscribe on or after the twenty sixth and your first box will be the month after next.
All boxes are cleansed, charged and posted at the end of each month so they arrive with you around the first.
What is included each month
Each box includes a hand selected crystal or set of crystals curated for the theme of the month. You will also receive guidance to help you understand and work with the energy through simple and accessible practices.
How does the monthly theme work
At the start of each month you will receive a Theme of the Month email. This introduces the energy of the month, how it may be showing up in your life and how the crystal supports the emotional landscape of the season.
When are the live workshops
Online workshops take place on Zoom, once a month on a Wednesday evening during the third week of the month. This timing gives you space to settle into the energy before we gather.
If you cannot attend live you will receive the replay by email and it will also be available in the workshop library for subscribers.
How do I access workshop recordings
All current subscribers receive access to a private workshop library. A link to the library is provided in your welcome email, please keep this email safe as it has all the info you need.
How do I manage my subscription
You can update your address, payment method or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
A personalised link to your portal appears in all subscription emails.

What happens if my payment fails
If a payment fails you will receive an email letting you know. You can update your payment method through your portal and the system will retry the payment automatically.
Can I pause or skip a month
No. The subscription follows a continuous monthly rhythm that supports the energetic structure of the journey. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription
You can cancel through your customer portal.
Cancellations made on or after the twenty sixth of the month will still receive the following month’s box, as that box will of been prepared.
There is no minimum commitment.
Can I rejoin later if I cancel
Yes, you are always welcome back.
Please note that doors only open a few times a year and the price increases with each new cycle. For this reason some subscribers choose to remain active until they feel clear about leaving.
What if my box does not arrive
All boxes are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 post. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched so you can follow its progress directly.
If your tracking shows a delay or you have any concerns after checking the tracking information, please contact hello@moonandearthcrystals.shop and we will look into it for you.
I am new to crystals. Will I know what to do
Yes. The subscription is designed to support beginners and experienced practitioners. Each month includes clear guidance, a live workshop and accessible practices to help you work with the theme in a grounded and natural way.
