About Moon and Earth Crystals

Moon and Earth Crystals was born from lived experience.

From a deep love of crystals and energy work, but also from burnout. From recognising that the way many of us are taught to live and work asks us to be constantly available, productive and switched on, often at the expense of our nervous systems, our wellbeing and our families.

Moon and Earth emerged not simply as a business idea, but as a conscious reimagining of how life and work could feel when rooted in alignment, care and respect for natural rhythms.

Ethics and Sourcing

Crystals have long been part of my work and personal practice as a Reiki and Crystal Healer, particularly within women’s circles where we would gather, set intentions on the New Moon and work with stones as supportive allies. Over time, I became increasingly aware of how difficult it was to source crystals I could fully trust.

Integrity matters.

We work with small, family run suppliers, independent mines and skilled craftspeople who care for the land and communities they are part of. Every crystal is chosen with discernment. If it is not a stone we would choose for ourselves or a loved one, it does not enter Moon and Earth.

We work only with natural crystals and are transparent about sourcing and preparation.

Each crystal is cleansed and charged with Reiki energy before it leaves us, restoring it to a clear and balanced state before beginning its journey to you.

Ethos

Moon and Earth is a small family business, still run from our home.

We value quality over quantity, connection over speed and presence over pressure. In a world that prioritises urgency and instant gratification, we consciously choose a slower, more human pace.

We work in alignment with the seasons and the Wheel of the Year, allowing both our offerings and the business itself to move through natural cycles of growth, fullness, rest and renewal. As a family-run business, we also recognise the importance of time away, whether for family holidays, rest or simply being present in our lives beyond work. At these times, we may temporarily adjust dispatch schedules while keeping our online shop open.

Conscious commerce, for us, means that how we live and how we work are not separate. Orders are hand packed. Crystals are individually selected. Care comes before urgency.

Community

Moon and Earth exists to offer more than crystals.

Through the Moon & Earth Circle, workshops, seasonal rituals and the wider community we are creating, we offer space for reflection, intention and reconnection. Our work is rooted in a more seasonal way of living and in creating small, meaningful practices that can become part of everyday life.
