FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
▸ How fast do you ship?
Our standard turnaround time is 2–3 working days from when you place your order.
All parcels are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2–4 working days once dispatched. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order’s journey.
If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Working Day by End of Day). Orders must be placed by 12 noon (midday) for same-day dispatch. Any Special Delivery orders received after midday will be dispatched the following working day. The upgrade costs £9.95 and can be selected at checkout. Please note: next-day delivery applies to working days only and excludes weekends and bank holidays, is applicable to mainland UK only.
We’ll always do our best to make sure your crystals reach you in time.
▸ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we post worldwide via Royal Mail. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 5–22 working days. Sadly we are unable to shop to the USA at this present time whilst we navigate the new Tarif system, we hope to sort this and be posting back to our USA customers very soon!
▸ Crystal Subscription Delivery Information
To join the upcoming month’s Crystal of the Month box, simply subscribe by the 28th.
If you sign up after the 28th, your first box will be the following month instead.
A quick example:
Join any time between 1 -28 June → your first box is July’s
Join on or after 29 June → your first box is August’s
Your box ships at the very end of each month, once all subscription payments have cleared. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures your box is prepared with care before it leaves us.
Shipping dates vary slightly depending on where the 28th falls. If it lands on a Friday, for example, boxes will ship on the following Monday, our next working postal day.
Most boxes arrive in the first few days of the month so you can settle into the theme straight away. This rhythm allows as many people as possible to join each cycle while still receiving their box at the beginning of the month.
If you join after the cut-off, you’ll receive a welcome crystal gift and access to the community WhatsApp group, plus the upcoming workshop and previous workshop recordings, so you can begin your journey right away.
▸ How ethical are your products?
We work extremely hard to ensure our crystals and ritual tools are sourced with integrity. We only buy from trusted importers who work with small-scale, family-run mines, many of whom reinvest into safety and fair working conditions. If we cannot confirm a crystal has been sourced ethically and fairly for both people and planet, we won’t stock it.
▸ Can you give me advice on which crystal to choose?
Yes, I’m always happy to offer guidance if you’re unsure and I also encourage you to trust your own intuition. Often, the crystal you're most drawn to is exactly what you need.

Yes. If you feel drawn to crystals but are unsure where to start, I offer light intuitive guidance via WhatsApp voice notes or messages. This is simply to help with one or two quick questions so you can feel confident choosing what you need.
Because I hold this lightly alongside running the business, I am not able to offer detailed personalised shopping or multiple back-and-forth requests. The guidance is there to give you direction rather than to source or review lots of options.
If you are wanting deeper clarity or more tailored support, you are warmly invited to book a 1:1 session where we can explore your energy and intentions in a more spacious way.

▸ Can you make different sized bracelets or ones I can’t see on your site?
Yes, we can absolutely arrange custom bracelet orders, whether it’s for children or adults, smaller or larger sizes, or a crystal type or bead size, you’ve seen elsewhere but isn’t currently listed.
We don’t make the bracelets ourselves, they’re lovingly created by our trusted supplier, and depending on where the crystals are sourced from, there’s usually a turnaround time of around two weeks.
For custom bracelets, we’ll need to know:
• Type of crystal
• Bead size (4mm, 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm)
• Finish: faceted or plain round beads
• Wrist circumference
Just email or WhatsApp us these and we can get the ball rolling. Once we have these details, we’ll check availability with our supplier. If it’s possible, we’ll confirm the price with you (prices always include UK postage). Payment is taken in advance via a special website order link we’ll create for you.
Please note: all special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they’re made just for you.

▸ Can you source a specific crystal for me?
Yes but only if you're serious. Custom sourcing takes time and energy, so to honour everyone's time, please only request this if you're ready to go ahead. When you message us, include:
• the type of crystal
• the size you're looking for
• your budget
We're happy to do the sourcing work free of charge, but once a suitable piece is found, full payment will be required in advance before we place the order. This ensures clarity and commitment on both sides. We do this because sourced pieces, especially higher-value ones, are often brought in specifically for you, and cannot always be returned to the supplier if you later change your mind.

▸ What’s your packaging like?
We re-use clean packaging wherever possible and avoid shiny or coated materials that aren’t recyclable. So while your parcel might look a little rustic, it’s been wrapped with care for both you and the Earth.
▸ Can I send a gift?
Absolutely. We love wrapping gifts and include handwritten notes for loved ones. While we don’t use shiny boxes or ribbons, we wrap with beauty, soul, and sustainability in mind. Simply select 'mark as a gift' at checkout and leave your message in the notes.
▸ What if my item arrives damaged?
We package every item with the utmost care, and in the rare case something is damaged, we’ll do everything we can to make it right (replace or refund). Please message us with a photo and your order details so we can help.
▸ Are your products a substitute for medical advice?
No. Crystals and rituals are supportive tools for emotional and energetic wellbeing, but they are not a replacement for medical or psychological care. Always consult a professional for health concerns.

Crystal Sensitivity Disclaimer
All of our crystal jewellery is made from natural stones and materials. In rare cases, some individuals may experience skin sensitivity when wearing certain crystals, particularly carbon-rich stones such as Shungite. If irritation occurs and does not ease after cleansing the crystal, we recommend discontinuing wear. Crystals can still be kept nearby to enjoy their energy without direct contact on the skin.

Each crystal interacts uniquely with every individual, so experiences may vary.
