HOW ETHICAL ARE OUR PRODUCTS:

We work extremely hard to establish the provenance of all of our products and to ensure that they are mined, grown or produced to the highest ethical standards, respecting the human rights of those involved in the process and the sanctity of Mother Earth herself. We would decline any item where we are unable to satisfy ourselves that it was fairly, safely and ethically produced; Fair to the planet and all involved in it’s production. We only work with a small number of trusted importers who work to the same ethical standards as us and who use small family run mines and growers, often re-investing heavily to ensure safe, fair and efficient working practises.

 

PACKAGING AND DELIVERY INFO:

We believe in being as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible. We don't buy new packaging if we can help it. Especially when we have plenty that's barely used (from our suppliers) that can be recycled again and again. We are always asking for packaging donations if you live locally to us! We definitely don't want to use anything that can't be easily recycled, like shiny, coated or embossed papers, which might look great but are not great for our planet. And that's why your package might look a little bit 'rustic', please don't take this as a sign that we don't care, in fact if anything, it's because we care so much.

Within the Plymouth and South Hams area and wherever possible we like to deliver by hand (and bicycle) Not only is this environmentally the best option, we do enjoy physically handing over such important items. Royal Mail are our postal provider. We always deliver/post daily on orders placed before midday. Our standard shipping service for UK customers is Royal Mail 2nd Class, but we also provide upgrades to 1st Class if required. We have found this to be an incredibly reliable service and although, in the case of 2nd Class, Royal Mail’s promise is 2-3 working days, it is often much quicker than this, sometimes next day. Our Europe and Worldwide service is also provided by Royal Mail and takes 5-22 days dependant on your location.

 

We wrap and package every single item with absolute love and care. We put a huge amount of effort into sourcing, photographing, listing, cleansing and despatching each item so the last thing we want is a customer excitedly opening their parcel only to discover a damaged crystal!!!. We have sent out hundreds of crystals and ritual items with only one or two problems. In these rare circumstances we have absolutely pulled out all of the stops to make things right. Our 5 star reviews and star seller status were hard fought so we're not going to let them go without a fight. If your item does arrive damaged or you're not happy in any way, please, please let us know. We will do everything in our power to make you happy.

 

GIFT OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

Nothing makes us happier than being entrusted with sending a gift to your loved one. Although we do not offer fancy ribbons, embossed, shiny boxes and the like, we will make our very best efforts to ensure that the gift is beautifully wrapped and contains your message on a handwritten gift-card. We know that’s possibly not for everyone but we feel that these are an unnecessary waste of the world’s resources which, although fleetingly pleasing, can only ever be destined to landfill . We have sent out numerous gifts and have had nothing but thanks and compliments!!! Simply mark the item as a gift, complete the recipient's details and fill out any gift message you would like included and then leave the rest to us.
