Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Moon & Earth Crystals, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency and price displayed at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment provider and you'll be charged automatically for each subscription renewal unless you choose to pay in advance or cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us directly.

For our Inner Alchemy Circle subscription, the monthly cut-off date is the 25th. To avoid receiving the following month's subscription box, please cancel before this date.

Cancellations made after the cut-off may take effect from the subsequent subscription cycle if your next box has already been allocated or prepared.

Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund payments already processed.

If you've already been charged and wish to cancel an upcoming delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the available options.

Subscription Payments

Your payment details are stored securely and payments are collected automatically according to your subscription schedule.

If a payment fails, our subscription system may attempt to collect payment again. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be collected.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds for subscription purchases are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer legislation.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation rights.
