We plan to take a summer break to rest and restore. Our shop will remain open but orders placed on or after 29th July will be lovingly shipped from 15th August. Thank you for supporting our small, heart-led business.

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 on all orders as standard. Need it faster? You can upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout.

How fast do we ship?

◦ Our standard turnaround time is 2 - 3 working days to carefully prepare and package your crystal (we do it quicker if we can!)

◦ After dispatch, Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days.

◦ Tracked 24 (upgrade) aims to deliver within 1 working day after dispatch.

◦ In a real hurry? We can arrange Special Delivery for an extra £10 (please email first to check availability).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We post worldwide via Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 5–22 working days depending on location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Sending a gift?

Absolutely. We love wrapping gifts and include handwritten notes. Simply select 'mark as a gift' at checkout and add your message.
