These sessions combine crystal healing, intuitive ritual, and gentle reflection practices to help you move through life with more awareness, ease, and inner balance. Each month follows the rhythm of nature, guiding you to explore themes such as release, renewal, abundance or stillness and how these energies show up within you.
What to Expect in Each Workshop
Each 60-minute session includes:
An introduction to the crystal (or crystals) of the month and their healing qualities
Guided breathwork, meditation or gentle movement inspired by different ancient wisdom and holistic practices
A themed ritual or journaling reflection to anchor your experience
Space to connect, share, and ask questions
Every workshop is designed to help you deepen your relationship with crystals as tools for self-awareness and transformation, all from the comfort of your home.
