These 60 minute sessions offer a steady rhythm of reflection and practical integration, aligned with the energy of the season. Each month we explore a theme such as renewal, boundaries, abundance or stillness, and most importantly, how to work with your crystal in a way that feels personal and grounded.
This is not about being told what your crystal means.
It is about learning how to listen to yourself.
What to Expect in Each Workshop
Each 60-minute session includes:
A focused introduction to the month’s theme and the crystals supporting it
A gentle grounding practice or breath led settling to help you arrive fully
Guided prompts to help you notice how the theme is showing up in your everyday life
A crystal connection practice, helping you tune into your own intuitive response
Practical guidance on how to work with your crystal in the days and weeks ahead
Optional space to share reflections or ask questions
Every workshop is designed to help you develop confidence in working with crystals as supportive tools for awareness, intention and steady personal growth, all from the comfort of your own home.
Rather than pre announcing specific stones, crystals are introduced within the workshop itself, allowing the experience to unfold naturally and in connection with your own intuition.
