About Katie - Founder of Moon and Earth Crystals

Moon and Earth Crystals was born from a deep love of the natural world and a belief that crystals are not ornaments, they are companions for your journey.

I am Katie, founder of Moon and Earth, wife, mum and long time student of energy, nature and the quiet rhythms that shape our lives.

My path into this work was not a straight line. For many years I lived in a cycle of striving, over giving and trying to prove I was enough. Like so many women, I was capable and outwardly successful, yet inwardly disconnected from myself. It took time, practice and courage to step out of that pattern and begin living in a way that felt aligned rather than impressive.

Kundalini yoga became one of the turning points for me. What I love most about this practice is that it works with your energy directly. You do not have to dissect your past or endlessly analyse what is wrong. Through breath, movement and mantra, the body begins to soften and rebalance naturally. It taught me that I was not broken and did not need fixing. I needed reconnection.

Crystals became part of that reconnection.

They helped me slow down. They gave me something tangible to hold while I listened inward. They became anchors during times of change and mirrors during times of growth. Not because they “fixed” me, but because they reminded me to trust myself.

As I began using crystals in my yoga classes, women’s circles and healing sessions, I became increasingly aware of how important quality and sourcing truly are. Energy matters. Integrity matters. I could feel the difference between stones that were vibrant and responsibly sourced and those that were not.

That is how Moon and Earth began.

What started as sourcing crystals I could trust for my own work slowly grew into a business rooted in care, discernment and community. Every piece is chosen for its beauty, its energy and its ability to support real life. We are a small wife and husband team based in South Devon, carefully packing and sending each order from our home with intention.

Moon and Earth is not about chasing trends or collecting more. It is about working with crystals consciously. Tuning in monthly. Keeping your anchor point when life feels busy or overwhelming. Creating small rituals that bring you back to yourself.

In our workshops and gatherings, we explore how to use crystals in a grounded, accessible way. Through journaling, intention setting, breath and seasonal reflection, you are invited to notice what is shifting in nature and what is shifting within you.
