Traditionally associated with feminine wisdom, intuition and emotional balance, White Moonstone is a meaningful companion for anyone navigating change, exploring their spiritual connection or wishing to work more intentionally with the lunar cycles. Intuitively chosen for their exceptional beauty and natural character, these stunning flames make a wonderful addition to an altar, meditation space or home.

WHY I CHOSE THIS CRYSTAL

These White Moonstone Flames are absolutely beautiful.

What makes them particularly special is the incredible blue flash, which appears as you move the crystal through the light.

Alongside this, there's an almost golden, sparkling shimmer that gives them such wonderful depth and character.

I find Moonstone particularly meaningful because of its connection with the natural rhythms and cycles of life.

There are times when we feel clear and confident about our direction, and others when we're uncertain, emotional or simply finding our way.

Moonstone reminds us that we don't have to feel the same every day. Just as the moon moves through its phases, we can allow ourselves to change, rest and begin again.

WHAT IS WHITE MOONSTONE USED FOR?

White Moonstone is traditionally used for developing intuition, encouraging emotional balance and connecting with feminine and lunar energy.

It is particularly popular during New Moon and Full Moon rituals, meditation and periods of personal transformation.

Associated with the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, Moonstone is believed to encourage spiritual awareness, self-reflection and a deeper connection with our inner wisdom.

Many people are drawn to Moonstone during significant life transitions or when wishing to develop a more compassionate relationship with their emotions and natural cycles.

ENERGETIC PROPERTIES

White Moonstone is particularly admired for its beautiful optical effects, which can create flashes of blue, white and other shimmering colours as light moves across the crystal.

These exceptional flames have a particularly beautiful blue flash, accompanied by an almost golden, sparkling shimmer.

As you turn the crystal, different areas catch the light, revealing wonderful movement and depth within the stone.

The blue flash is an optical effect associated with the internal structure of the mineral, while the beautiful golden shimmer adds another dimension to each piece.

Each flame is individually hand-carved and polished, allowing the natural beauty of the Moonstone to be appreciated from different angles.

As a natural crystal, the intensity, position and appearance of the flash will vary between pieces and according to the lighting.

The flame shape is traditionally associated with transformation, illumination and spiritual growth.

Its upward-reaching form symbolises the movement from one stage of life into another, making it particularly meaningful for those embracing new beginnings or exploring their spiritual path.

Energetically, Moonstone is associated with feminine wisdom, intuition and the understanding that our emotions and energy naturally change over time.

HOW TO WORK WITH THIS CRYSTAL

White Moonstone is a beautiful crystal to work with during meditation, lunar rituals or moments of personal reflection.

Place your flame somewhere quiet where you can sit comfortably.

Take a few moments to settle and bring your attention to the present.

You might like to reflect on the question:

"What do I need to honour within myself at this moment?"

Allow yourself to consider your emotions, your energy and what you might need more or less of in your life.

During the New Moon, you could work with your Moonstone Flame to set intentions for the coming lunar cycle.

At the Full Moon, you might use it as a focus for reflection, gratitude and recognising what you're ready to release.

You can also simply keep your Moonstone Flame somewhere meaningful as a reminder to trust your intuition and allow yourself to move through life's changing seasons.
