These beautiful Trolleite Wolves are hand carved in Brazil from this unusual blue-green mineral material, with each piece displaying its own natural combination of soft blue, teal, grey, cream and earthy tones. Trolleite is traditionally associated with spiritual awareness, intuition and deep inner work while the wolf carries powerful symbolism of instinct, independence and trusting your own path. At almost 100mm tall and around 270–280g, these are substantial carvings with a lovely presence.

Why I Chose This Crystal

I was really drawn to the combination of Trolleite and the wolf. There is something about the soft, almost misty blue-green colouring of these pieces that feels incredibly calming while the wolf itself has such strong associations with instinct and trusting your own direction.

For me, this combination is about quiet inner knowing. Not necessarily having every answer or knowing exactly where you are going, but learning to listen to yourself and trust what you feel. I also love that these have been hand carved. Each wolf has its own colouring, markings and character, so no two feel exactly the same.

What is Trolleite?

Trolleite is an uncommon phosphate mineral first identified in Sweden in the 19th century. Today, much of the blue Trolleite material used for polished crystals and carvings comes from Brazil. The material seen in the crystal trade can occur alongside other naturally associated minerals, which creates the beautiful variation of blue, green, grey and lighter tones seen within these carvings.

Trolleite has become increasingly popular within modern crystal practices for meditation, spiritual awareness and inner exploration. Its energy is traditionally associated with stilling mental noise and creating the space to listen more closely to your own intuition.
