Why I Chose This Crystal

What draws me to this piece immediately is the contrast within it. Those deep, almost black Smokey areas alongside an incredible abundance of tiny crystals growing across the surface, catching the light differently every time you move it.

The barnacle formations are beautiful in their own right. Larger crystals surrounded by countless smaller growths, creating the most wonderful sparkle and texture to explore. But there's so much more happening beyond that. Incredibly pronounced Lemurian striations and glyph-like markings, fascinating areas of recrystallisation, and in places the most intriguing formations where crystals appear to be growing into or emerging from one another.

It's the kind of crystal you could spend a long time with, discovering something new each time you turn it in your hands.
