What is a lingham?
A lingham (sometimes spelled lingam) is an oval or egg-shaped stone traditionally seen as a symbol of divine creative energy and the cosmic masculine principle in ancient traditions. In crystal healing, this smooth, rounded form allows energy to flow evenly and be directed with intention, making it an ideal shape for focusing healing energy during meditation, body layouts and spiritual rituals. When combined with Prehnite’s soothing, heart-opening qualities, the lingham shape amplifies and refines its energy, creating a deeply supportive and harmonising companion.
