Why I Chose This Crystal

I absolutely love these part polished, part raw Labradorite pieces. We don't come across them very often, so when I do find one, I'm always drawn to it.

What makes this one so special is that you get to experience the crystal in two completely different ways. The polished face allows the incredible golden, amber, blue and turquoise flashes to really come alive, whilst the raw side reminds you of Labradorite exactly as nature created it. What I particularly love about this piece is that even the raw side still displays that beautiful flash, giving it a completely different character depending on which side you're viewing.

For me, it also feels like a lovely reminder that we all have both a polished side and an unpolished side. The parts of ourselves that feel refined and put together, and the parts that are still growing, learning and wonderfully authentic. Both deserve to be seen, and both are just as beautiful.
