Sunstone Moonstone is a very calming stone, and is recommended as a stress-reliever. It is also said to be good for cleansing one's energy and enhancing organisation abilities in its user. 

Sunstone Moonstone can be used with the Sacral Chakra: crystal healers believe the stone exudes a warm, sunny energy which enhances feelings of joy, pleasure, and creativity in its user.
