Why I Chose This Crystal

What first caught my eye with these earrings was the beautiful detailing on the ear wire. It's such a small feature, but it's the kind of thoughtful craftsmanship that's so often missing from modern jewellery. Combined with the warm Baltic amber, they feel elegant, timeless and full of character.

Like the other Baltic amber pieces I've been fortunate enough to find, these came from a private collection gathered over many years by someone who travelled the world sourcing items connected to their place of origin. The amber itself was collected and handcrafted into jewellery by a Baltic artisan who is sadly no longer with us.

Knowing their story makes them feel even more meaningful. They've already lived a lifetime before arriving here, passing through different hands, places and generations. They are a genuine one-of-a-kind pair and, once they've found their new home, there won't be another quite like them.
