These beautiful Moss Agate Palm Stones from India have wonderful natural variations of deep forest green, soft white and translucent Agate, creating the organic moss-like patterns that give this crystal its name. Each one is completely individual, with its own balance of colour, patterning, inclusions and natural formation. Some pieces also contain little drusy pockets, caves or areas of exposed crystal while others are more smoothly polished throughout. Why I Chose This Crystal

I really love the character of these. Every piece is completely different, with some having deep green areas and others showing much more white and translucent Agate with beautiful moss-like patterns running through them. Some also have little natural drusy pockets, caves or uneven areas where the crystal formation has been left visible rather than being completely polished away.

But it's the energy of Moss Agate that I really love. It has such a strong connection with nature, grounding and steady growth and for me it's a reminder that we don't have to rush everything. Some things need time to take root before we see what's growing. I think that's particularly lovely when you're beginning something new, moving through change or simply need to come back to yourself and trust where you are.

What is Moss Agate used for?

Despite its name, Moss Agate doesn't contain moss. Its beautiful branching and moss-like patterns are created by natural mineral inclusions within chalcedony.

Traditionally, Moss Agate has a particularly strong connection with nature, growth and abundance. It is often worked with during new beginnings, when building something gradually over time or when you want to feel more grounded and connected to the natural world.

Each of these Moss Agate Palm Stones has its own combination of deep green, white and translucent Agate with intricate natural inclusions creating completely individual landscapes within the stone.

Some pieces contain natural drusy pockets, small caves or areas where the surface isn't completely smooth. These are not damage or faults. They are areas of the original crystalline formation that have been retained during polishing and are part of the natural character of the stone.

Your piece may be predominantly green, white or a mixture of both and the amount of drusy detail will vary. A drusy pocket cannot therefore be guaranteed on an intuitively chosen piece.
