I love the incredible movement within the sheen. It almost looks as though the surface has gentle ripples flowing across it, yet when you run your hand over it, it's completely smooth. The gold seems to move beneath the polished surface as the light changes and it's a beautiful reminder of just how extraordinary nature can be.

I've always loved Gold Sheen Obsidian because every piece is completely different, but this one really stood out to me. The shape is elegant, the sheen is exceptional and it has a lovely presence about it. It's a wonderful example of why I spend so much time choosing crystals individually rather than buying in bulk.
