I love Fire Quartz because it brings together two energies that can feel almost opposite, the grounding, strengthening energy of Hematite with the amplifying energy of Quartz. These are even more special because every bead is a little double terminated crystal point, traditionally used to receive and direct energy in both directions. What is Fire Quartz?

Fire Quartz, also known as Hematoid Quartz, is Quartz containing natural iron oxide inclusions, most commonly Hematite. These inclusions create its characteristic red, rust, orange, golden and earthy colouring, sometimes appearing as clouds, streaks or tiny concentrated areas suspended within the Quartz.

Energetically, this natural combination is traditionally believed to unite the amplifying and clarifying qualities of Quartz with the grounding and strengthening properties associated with Hematite.
