These Deep Blue Fluorite Spheres from China are genuinely stunning examples of Fluorite, with extraordinary depth of colour ranging from rich teal blue through to deep inky blue and blue-green. Beautifully polished and wonderfully translucent when they catch the light, each sphere reveals natural colour zoning, internal veils and formations beneath its darker surface. Why I Chose This Crystal

I absolutely love the colour of these. Blue Fluorite is much less commonly seen than the purple and green Fluorite most people are familiar with and these are particularly beautiful examples.

At first glance they can look incredibly dark, almost inky blue, but when you hold them up to the light the colour completely changes. You begin to see those incredible layers of blue, teal and blue-green, along with the natural zoning and internal formations within the crystal. They're mesmerising to turn around in your hands.

Energetically, I love Blue Fluorite for clarity. It has that wonderful Fluorite quality of helping to bring some order when your thoughts feel scattered, but the blue adds an energy traditionally associated with communication, intuition and expressing yourself clearly. These feel particularly lovely for those times when you need to quiet some of the mental noise, work out what you really think or feel and find the words to express it.

What is Blue Fluorite used for?

Blue Fluorite is a naturally occurring colour variety of Fluorite and is considerably less commonly encountered in crystal shops than purple, green or Rainbow Fluorite.

In crystal healing traditions, Fluorite is particularly associated with clarity, concentration and bringing order to scattered thoughts. Blue Fluorite combines these qualities with the energetic associations of the Throat and Third Eye Chakras, making it popular for clear communication, intuition and understanding.

Its natural colour can vary considerably according to the crystal and lighting. These pieces are particularly deep in colour and reveal beautiful blue and blue-green translucency when held towards the light.

They have an incredibly deep blue appearance which changes dramatically according to the light. Look more closely and you'll discover layers of teal, blue-green and richer inky blue, along with natural zoning, veils and internal formations.

Some areas are wonderfully translucent while others are much deeper and more saturated. Because Fluorite naturally grows with variations in colour and clarity, every sphere has its own internal landscape.
