Blue Celestite Heart on Stand, Madagascar

This Blue Celestite Heart from Madagascar is one of those pieces that genuinely stops you. A magnificent natural crystalline cavity opens right into the heart, revealing deep blue crystal points with extraordinary clarity, internal rainbows and natural openings that allow light to travel through the formation in a way that photographs simply cannot capture. Polished on both sides and presented on its own custom metal stand, this is a substantial and genuinely beautiful statement piece. And because of those natural windows, a carefully positioned light behind it reveals an entirely different dimension of the crystal altogether. Celestite is traditionally associated with tranquillity, emotional balance, intuition and angelic connection, making this a particularly meaningful piece for anyone wanting to bring a sense of real peace into their home or sacred space.

Why I Chose This Crystal

There are some crystals that stop you in your tracks, and this is absolutely one of them.

I love Celestite, particularly when you find pieces with this depth of colour and clarity, and this heart is simply stunning. The crystalline cavity opens right into the formation, revealing those beautiful deep blue crystals, some almost glass-like in their transparency. The larger points are exquisite. You can look into them and discover internal reflections, delicate rainbows and intricate layers of crystal growth that have developed naturally over time.

And then there are the windows. Those natural openings that allow you to see through sections of the formation rather than simply into the cavity. With light behind the heart, another dimension of the crystal reveals itself entirely. I can imagine this in a softly lit room with the light finding different points throughout the evening, and I think it would be quite extraordinary.

The fact that it's polished on both sides is something I particularly appreciate too. It gives the whole piece a beautiful finish while keeping the naturally formed crystals as the focus. And seeing it upright on its stand rather than simply placed on a surface changes the way you experience the formation completely.

Energetically I've always associated Celestite with finding a little breathing space. Those moments when life feels particularly full, when there's so much to think about and so much being asked of us. We sometimes forget how important it is to create space where nothing is required of us at all. Where we can simply be, without producing or responding or planning what comes next.

For me that's what Celestite offers. And this particular piece does it beautifully.

ENERGETIC PROPERTIES

This exceptional Blue Celestite Heart features a substantial natural crystal cavity surrounded by a beautifully shaped and polished heart formation.

The interior displays a stunning concentration of large, well-defined Celestite crystals, ranging from translucent icy blue to rich, deep blue-grey.

Several of the larger points have remarkable clarity, allowing you to appreciate the internal reflections and natural features within the crystals.

Beautiful internal rainbows and reflective veils appear amongst the formations, creating flashes of colour as the light changes.

One of the most distinctive features of this specimen is the presence of natural openings running through sections of the heart.

These allow light to travel through the formation and reveal additional layers of crystal growth.

The heart has been polished on both sides, providing a beautiful finish while preserving the natural crystalline cavity.

Its substantial size and weight make it a striking mineral specimen, particularly when displayed upright on the custom metal stand included with the piece.

Energetically, I associate Celestite with peace, spiritual awareness and reconnecting with our inner wisdom.

And there's something about the open formation of this heart that feels particularly meaningful to me.

The beautiful crystals growing around an open space remind me that we don't always need to fill every moment with activity or thought.

Sometimes that space is exactly what we need.
