These Aura Quartz butterflies are carved from natural Quartz before undergoing the Aura process, creating their beautiful iridescent metallic finish. Available in four different colourways, each butterfly catches the light differently with shifting shades of pink, gold, turquoise, green, purple and deep blue. Quartz is traditionally associated with clarity, amplification and intention while Aura Quartz brings additional associations with joy, confidence, energetic cleansing and transformation. Why I Chose This Crystal

I couldn't resist these. The colours are incredible and I love the combination of Aura Quartz with the butterfly, which has such a strong symbolism of transformation, growth and becoming.

Quartz is already one of my favourite crystals to work with because of its ability to amplify energy and intention. The Aura process brings a much brighter, more uplifting quality to it and combined with the butterfly shape, these feel particularly lovely for periods of change and stepping into something new.

What is Aura Quartz?

Aura Quartz begins as natural Quartz which is treated using a specialist process where a very fine layer of vaporised metal is bonded to the crystal's surface. This creates the distinctive iridescent finish and shifting colours Aura crystals are known for.

The Quartz itself is natural while the colourful Aura finish is created through this treatment. Different metals and processes can create different colours, which is why Aura Quartz can appear in such a wide spectrum of shades.

Aura Quartz is traditionally associated with cleansing and strengthening the energetic field, raising our vibration and bringing a sense of optimism, confidence and renewed energy.

What does a butterfly symbolise?

Butterflies have long been associated with transformation, change and rebirth. Their journey from caterpillar to butterfly makes them a powerful symbol of allowing ourselves to evolve rather than remaining attached to who we have been.
