So many of us try to manifest from the mind, visualising what we want, writing intentions, creating vision boards, but if the energy in the body doesn’t match the desire, it can feel like nothing’s shifting.

This is where Kundalini Yoga becomes a powerful ally.

Kundalini Yoga works directly with your energy field, your prana, your chakras, your subconscious mind, to clear what’s stuck and help you become magnetic to the life you're ready to receive.

Here’s how Kundalini supports manifestation:

Clears energetic blocks: Breathwork and movement help release subconscious resistance and old patterning. Think of it like cleaning the inner clutter so your intentions can land and grow.

Raises your vibration: Your energy becomes lighter, more radiant and aligned. The higher your vibration, the more easily you attract what matches that frequency.

Focuses the mind: Strong intentions require strong focus. Kundalini builds mental clarity and resilience, helping you hold your vision even when doubts creep in.

Connects you to your soul’s truth: Instead of manifesting from comparison or fear, you begin to call in what truly aligns with your purpose and path.

A Simple Kundalini Ritual for Manifestation

You can do this each morning or anytime you want to realign with your desires:

  1. Tune in: Sit comfortably. Bring hands to prayer pose at the heart. Chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo three times to connect to your inner wisdom and the guidance of your higher self.

  2. Breath of Fire (2–3 minutes): Sit tall and begin Breath of Fire (rapid, rhythmic breath through the nose). This activates the solar plexus, energises the body, and clears stagnant energy from your system.

  3. Spinal Twist (1–2 minutes): Place your hands on your shoulders (fingertips in front, thumbs behind). Inhale as you twist to the left, exhale as you twist to the right. Move rhythmically with a steady pace. This balances the chakras along the spine, clears the aura and opens your energetic channels for greater magnetism.

  4. Visualisation with Sat Nam (3 minutes): Sit still, inhale deeply, and as you exhale, silently repeat “Sat Nam” (truth is my identity). Visualise your desire already unfolding. Feel the emotion of it. Let it rise through the heart.

  5. Hold the vision: Place both hands over your heart centre. See your vision clearly. Feel it as if it is already real, already on its way to you.

  6. Close: Inhale deeply, exhale, and speak aloud: “I am open. I trust. I receive.”

  7. Tune out: Bring your hands to prayer pose and chant Sat Nam (long Sat, short Nam, 3 times) to seal your intention and close your practice aligning with truth and clarity.

This practice doesn’t just wish for change it aligns your energy to it.

Over time, you may notice yourself becoming less attached, more intuitive, more guided and more in flow with the opportunities, people and synchronicities that support your vision.
