As our gorgeous new stock arrives, I love to share it with the Moon and Earth community first, giving you a chance to see, ask questions and purchase (if you desire) before it's placed on our website.

Our live sales are a space to disconnect from the everyday, connect in and discover stunning crystals and their unique energies. This is a place where you'll be invited to tap into your intuition, ask questions and deepen your connection —all without any pressure to purchase.

All of our crystals are ethically sourced, from small, family mines. All of the carved crystals are shaped by hand, by local craftspeople. All have the most incredible, pure energy because of the respect they have received from (crystal) mine to mine and then on to you.

Buying crystals that have been sourced with care and consideration really does make a difference, trust me.

At Moon and Earth, we are passionate about Connecting Crystals to Their People. This is so much more than just selling crystals. We’re passionate about community, empowering you to work with your stones and your connection to them. Whether you’re here to buy crystals or just learn and be in their incredible energy, our M&E community welcomes you. 

 

Crystal Live T&C's:

We are all about Connecting crystals to their people, so we don’t want you to feel any pressure or purchase anything purely because of FOMO. We therefore give you 24 hours to review the crystals you purchase on the live and make any changes you like.

All of our crystals are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. P&P is included free on all crystals (UK only), no minimum spend applies.

 

Payment for the crystals is via BACS or PayPal, you will be sent the payment details along with your invoice when you have confirmed. Once you have confirmed you would like the crystals payment is required within 12 hours to secure.

We offer two flexible options to make your purchase more convenient:

    1. Clearpay or Klarna

      • We’ll create a special product on our website, allowing you to split the payment via Clearpay or Klarna.
      • A small £5 admin fee applies to cover additional costs.
      • Your items will be shipped immediately once payment is processed.
      • Note: Discounts or coupon codes cannot be applied to Live Sale items.

    2. PayPal Split Payments

      • If PayPal offers a split payment or “Pay in 3” option in your region, you can use it at checkout through your personal PayPal account.
      • We will create a special product on our website, there is a small £5 admin fee for doing so.
      • We receive the payment in full from PayPal, so items ship as soon as PayPal clears your order.

    3. 30% Deposit, Balance in 4 Weeks

      • Pay a 30% deposit now via BACS to secure your crystals.
      • We’ll agree on a date for the remaining balance, due within four weeks. You’ll be emailed an invoice for the final payment.
      • Once the full payment is cleared, we’ll ship your items.
      • If the final payment is missed, the crystals will be relisted for sale.
