Subscription Delivery Information
Your subscription is timed to ensure you receive your crystals at the start of each month, ready to begin your guided ritual and attend the monthly workshop.
Important Dates:
Subscribe on or before the 28th of the month to receive the following month’s crystal box.Subscriptions made on or after the 29th will begin with the next month’s box.
Example:
Subscribe by January 28th to receive the February box.Subscribe on January 29th or later to receive the March box.
This timeline ensures you receive your crystals in perfect time to support the month’s energy and workshop experience.
Policies
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations made after the 28th of the month will still include the next month’s box, as preparations will already be underway.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for processed payments or shipped boxes. If you experience any issues, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
