Light the end, allow it to catch briefly and gently blow out the flame so that the Sage smoulders. You might simply set an intention such as clearing what feels heavy or stagnant and creating space for fresh energy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor a deeper cleansing ritual, carefully light the end of your White Sage and extinguish the flame so that it smoulders. Holding the Abalone Shell beneath it to catch falling ash, move slowly through the space you want to cleanse.
